Office Manager

Hey! My name is Chas and I am so excited and happy to be the office manager here at Dominion Orthodontics! I started my journey in the ortho field 4 years ago. I have had the joy of working at the front desk as well as being a treatment coordinator.

When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my friends and family. I am newly married to my bestie, Donnie. We have 5 boys between the two of us. I love being on or near the water, crafting, and trying to get into fishing because my guy is so obsessed! Wish me luck!

Hey y’all! My name is Megan. I was born and raised here in Mechanicsville. I have been in the orthodontic field since 2009, & joined the DO team in 2014. I love seeing confidence grow within each patient as they get closer to their dream smile, and celebrating with them when their braces are removed! I also love the relationships we get to build with our patients throughout their orthodontic journey. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Brandon, and our two children, Millie and Grayson. We love travelling, going out on the boat or whatever other fun weekend activities we might have planned. I’m active with my church’s praise team and bell choir, and love to binge a good true crime documentary or historical drama. I can’t wait to help you achieve the stunning smile you’ve always wanted!

Hi! Karen here! I’m excited to help Dr. Leo and Dr. Mei achieve your best smile. I’ve been working in orthodontics since 2002 and I love my job! I love connecting with patients and seeing their confidence grow as their smile changes. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and our son. We have 2 cats and a hamster. We love tackling home improvement projects, cooking and eating new foods, Marvel movies and trips to Kings Dominion.
