Hey! My name is Chas and I am so excited and happy to be the office manager here at Dominion Orthodontics! I started my journey in the ortho field 4 years ago. I have had the joy of working at the front desk as well as being a treatment coordinator.
When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my friends and family. I am newly married to my bestie, Donnie. We have 5 boys between the two of us. I love being on or near the water, crafting, and trying to get into fishing because my guy is so obsessed!

Hey y’all! I’m Megan, born and raised in Mechanicsville. I've been in orthodontics for 15 years and joined the DO team in 2014. I love watching patients gain confidence as they achieve their dream smiles and celebrating when the braces come off! Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, Brandon, and our kids, Millie and Grayson. We love traveling, boating, and weekend adventures. I’m active in my church’s praise team and bell choir, and love binge-watching true crime or historical dramas. I can't wait to help you get the smile you've always wanted!

Hi! Karen here! I’m excited to help Dr. Leo and Dr. Mei achieve your best smile. I’ve been working in orthodontics since 2002 and I love my job! I love connecting with patients and seeing their confidence grow as their smile changes. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and our son. We have 2 cats and a hamster. We love tackling home improvement projects, cooking and eating new foods, Marvel movies and trips to Kings Dominion.
